Overcoming Perfectionism: Boosting Productivity for Academic Success Online
This hour-long, skills-based workshop is designed to help you overcome perfectionism and improve productivity. The session will focus on understanding the impact of perfectionism on academic work, identifying unhealthy perfectionist tendencies, and implementing strategies to manage these behaviours. Key content includes:
- Understanding Perfectionism: Explore the psychological roots of perfectionism and its effects on performance and well-being.
- Recognising Perfectionist Patterns: Learn how to identify perfectionist thoughts and behaviours that hinder productivity.
- Practical Strategies: Gain tools to set realistic goals, embrace progress over perfection, and manage fear of failure.
- Building Resilience: Develop techniques for self-compassion, flexibility, and maintaining a balanced approach to academic work.
This workshop will equip participants with tools to build resilience, practice self-compassion, and maintain a more balanced, productive approach to their studies.
